Out of community need Orion Estate Service was formed to provide much needed service to estate owners, and agents of properties having large or small quantities of items left by previous owner or tenants that need to be removed in order for the next phase to begin. Professional, Detailed, & efficient Clean-Out service is the main focus. Orion also provides Moving & Storage, Sale set-up and at sale customer assistance. Item management, as best place or as client designated. Items are directed & transported to donation, recycling, & disposal. We handle estates of all sizes and stages providing clean-out, sales & moving services for estate liquidations, foreclosures, abandonments, & storage facilities. 


This provides complete removal of all remaining designated property to best place destination. That means that throughout the clean-out process items will be graded and sorted by our team into groups for transport to donation, recycle, or disposal. It is our mission to have all useable items donated or given direct to individuals or families in need. All unusable metal items are transported to a recycling facility, and the remaining items are transported to the nearest disposal facility. We follow EPA guidelines in regards to disposal of household chemicals or hazardous waste.
